Holman’s toll-free crisis line is available 24 hours a day, seven-days a week / 365 day a year.
Our Care Access Specialists are specially trained to handle incoming crisis calls and connect callers with a licensed staff counselor to begin treatment if necessary. EAP members in crisis have unlimited access to our licensed clinicians for help getting through and diffusing the crisis situation.
For non English speakers, Holman utilizes “Language Line Services,” for access to over 160 languages and dialects to assist callers. Additionally, we have Spanish-speaking specialists available at all times.
Telephonic crisis counseling sessions aren’t counted against plan EAP session.
