Holman's EAP offers confidential assessment, referral and counseling services to employees and their eligible dependents at no cost to them. Assistance is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, through our nationwide 800 number. For your clients, we can design a plan with 1, 3, 5, 6, 8 or more free session. Or our EAP can be a “telephonic only” model. All of the following services are included in our standard employee assistance programs.

The Holman Group has been providing Managed Behavioral Health Care Plans since 1985. Each of our plans has a fully-integrated employee assistance program, which contributes to the easy access, and promotes early intervention. Our plans can be individualized to meet your needs and include the following:

  • Flexibility and access to Holman’s provider network and utilization review services (over 32,000 National Providers)
  • Care Management at all levels of treatment
  • Access to Account Management & Claims department for customer service issues
  • TPA and/or broker involvement as requested
  • Deep discounted per diem/FFS rates on all network services.
