Operating Philosophy

Our treatment philosophy supports symptom reduction and crisis resolution within a brief therapy model. We strive to provide the most effective clinical services in the least restrictive setting. The goal is to restore our clients to their highest possible level of functioning within the shortest period of time. Early intervention prevents the need for higher levels of care and reduces medical costs. The Holman Group strongly believes in the rights and dignity of our clients. Our clinical protocol and administrative procedures demonstrate this belief. We are truly invested in, and committed to providing caring and effective treatment to our clients.

The System

Accessing Holman’s services is simple. The employee or dependent simply needs to call our 800 number, which is staffed by a live Intake Specialist or operator 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week. In an emergency, the Intake Specialist will make sure that the enrollee is connected to a licensed counselor immediately! Otherwise, the Intake Specialist will talk with the enrollee, learning what he or she needs, and assign the caller to the best therapist to meet his or her needs. The therapist will then call the enrollee to schedule the first appointment. The caller only needs to make one call. We do the rest.
